ETS Expertise

ETS is working towards an overarching vision of providing green Solutions and bringing a change in the present energy supply and consumption pattern. It intends to support the Royal Government of Bhutan and clients around the world in realising the carbon foot prints by providing consultancy services in the field of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency which are least grown sectors in Bhutan. ETS is newly emerging in the market, supported by executives, professionals and experts in the diverse fields having working experiences ranging from 5 to 28 years.

The following are our areas of work:
Renewable Energy Policy Formulation and Analysis ETS professionals provide state of art consulting services in the areas of Renewable Energy Policy Analysis, Policies Formulation & Analysis and Development of Policy Implementation Guidelines.
Renewable Energy Technologies ETS professionals provide technical consultancy services covering all the Renewable Energy Sectors, such as Biomass, Solar, Wind and Small Hydro including design, quality control, project/programme supervision, monitoring and evaluation.
Energy Efficiency Policies & Technical Analysis ETS professionals provide consulting services in the areas of Energy Efficiency Policies and Technologies covering all the sectors – Residential, Commercial, Transport and Industry including energy audits. Other tertiary sectors will also be covered.
Environmental & Social Studies ETS professionals provide consulting and advisory services in Environmental and Social Studies governing all the sectors including poverty economic initiatives and gender mainstreaming.
Hydro Power Design and Feasibility Studies ETS professionals can conduct pre-feasibility, feasibility studies and provide detailed technical sesign of micro/mini/small hydro power projects.
Training and Capacity Building ETS provides training in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency initiatives, policies and technologies including conducting training needs assessment.
Research, Innovation, Development and Demonstration ETS conducts research in Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency initiatives in partnership with Research Institutions and academia.
Project Cycle Management ETS provides consulting services in the development of project concepts, project proposals, supervision, project monitoring and evaluations.
